This event is so much more than just a typical yin and sound bath. Enjoy a 90-minute soundtrack of Solfeggio frequencies and healing frequencies from many instruments while enjoying the benefits of yin yoga.

This beginner and floor-friendly style of yoga deepens the body's ability to enjoy a good stretch and relax while allowing for an energy field cleansing with the implementation of "biofield" tuning forks.
This event is for anyone looking to impact their physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health!

What to bring

-A yoga mat & any props you may like to use (blocks or bolsters, eye pillows). Extra pillows & blankets to keep snuggly and supported. We have some to lend.
-Wear comfortable yoga clothing.
-Bring a water bottle.
