Power Vinyasa Yoga is an invigorating all-levels combination of specifically sequenced sets of yoga postures that flow or hold to powerfully align and sculpt your body. You will practice deep, full and calming breathing techniques in all of the flowing and sculpting yoga postures. This class has the ability to help you build strength, vitality and endurance. You will create outstanding flexibility and release stress tension in your entire body. You will also complete and leave this class with a calmer and clear mind!
This class is very similar to our Flow classes but it is specific to our instructor Rhea Slichter’s teaching methodology as it focuses on breath, alignment and a slightly slower pace with longer holds for strength building.
