It celebrates everyone’s feminine energy. Because you don’t have to be female to have feminine energy. Everyone has shades of masculine and feminine, light and dark, yin and yang.

Expect to sweat and the room is heated in the high 80’s to low 90’s. You will find a nice mix of tribal dance with hip-hop flair, woven throughout upbeat songs that keep the practice going strong from start to finish. Please wear comfortable clothing that you can breathe, move and sweat in.
