Yoga Is Now; Spring Challenge

In this time of year we often feel like we are running on empty and feel sluggish coming

out of winter.

This is a perfect time to renew, or begin a yoga practice to detoxify and increase our

energy for spring.

A time to “add” to our selves. Physically, mentally and emotionally.

Starting APRIL 23rd – MAY 29th, we will chart our progress at the studio on our bulletin

board and in our software. *Students can start their 30 days anytime in the week of April

23rd through April 30th.

Everyone is welcome to participate.

REQUIREMENTS

To complete 30 classes in 30 days, April 23rd – May 29th.

3 doubles are allowed.

Workshops count as one class.

Try at least 4 of the class types.
