Restorative Vinyasa

Restorative vinyasa is a gentle practice that allows the body to open up using gravity, deep breathing and props. You will learn to become more aware of habitual “holding” or contracting of muscles causing overuse and chronic fatigue or tension.

Class will begin with a little bit of breath - led movement, such as sun salutations in order to warm the body and to better allow the mind to still. Then we invite you to close your eyes, breathe and relax.
