Unlock, with Guided Meditation

The Unlock series is a new monthly guided meditation and breath workshop

designed to break down the obstacles and overwhelm that hold us down.

The goal of this meditative time is to bring into balance the four aspects of our

consciousness: manas (perceiving mind) buddhi (intelligence), ahankara

(ego), and chitta (lower mind.)

All levels are welcome. Pease dress comfortably for a restful experience.

To bring:

Room-temperature water or tea in a closed container

A notebook or scrap paper for notes, a pencil or pen

At the Spokane Yoga Shala
