Training Schedule

You can choose to start your yoga practice towards your 90 classes on January

1st. You have until March 31st to complete your classes.

*Our first learning day is Sunday January 7th

Weekly Schedule Beginning 1/7/2018

Sundays: 7-8:30am practice, 1hr breakfast break, 9:30am -12:30pm practicum,

1 hr lunch break, 1:30pm – 5pm practicum.

Mondays: practice day, 9:30-11am and 5:30-7pm.

Tuesdays: 6-7:30am practice, 12-4pm practicum.

Wednesdays: practice day, 6-7pm.

Thursdays: 6-7:30am practice, 12-4pm practicum.

Fridays: practice 9:30-11am, practice 4-5:15pm, 5:30-7:30pm philosophy

Saturdays: practice day 5:30-7pm (this time slot will lead into community

classes for trainees)

****January 12th, 13th and 14th will be dedicated to the Ghosh yoga workshop,
