Summer Kundalini Immersion Training – Schedule

• Friday August 9th – Welcome circle in the evening from 6-8 pm.
• Start training on August 10th at 8 in the morning.
• Saturday, August 10th, 8am-9am Morning Sadhana, 9:30am Yoga Kriya practice. 11am-12pm lunch. 12pm- 6pm practice and discussion.
• Sunday August 11th, 6-7am Morning Sadhana. 8am-9:30am Yoga Kriya practice. Noon to 6pm practice and discussion.
• Saturday, August 24th 8am-9am Morning Sadhana, 9:30am Yoga Kriya practice. 11am-12pm lunch. 12pm- 6pm practice and discussion.
• Sunday August 25th, 6-7am Morning Sadhana. 8am-9:30am Yoga Kriya practice. Noon to 6pm practice and discussion.
• Saturday, September 7th, 8am-9am Morning Sadhana, 9:30am Yoga Kriya practice. 11am-12pm lunch. 12pm- 6pm practice and discussion.
• Sunday, September 8th, 6-7am Morning Sadhana. 8am-9:30am Yoga Kriya practice. Noon to 5pm practice and discussion. 5-6pm Potluck.
• Must attend a minimum of 6 early morning Sadhana practices during the weekdays. *If living conditions or health issues make this impossible, Ara will help you set up an alternative practice.
