Soma Flow taught by Stefani VanDeest, is a movement meditation blending Hanna somatic inspired movement sequences  designed to reset resting muscle length and calm the nervous system with traditional hatha yoga postures for strength and bone health in a slow mindful flow. Soundbath savasana with crystal bowls at the end of class for the ultimate healing relaxation. This class is suitable for all levels and a great place for beginners to start.
