A Radiant Body Pranayama for Beginners

Breath is life! At the core of Yoga, Pranayama or (the regulation of breath) is established to increase our energy, release stress, improve our mental clarity, and improve our physical health. 

Learn basic techniques of Pranayama to improve and energize your practice and increase the radience in your own body!
We will explore the philosophy and history of prana. We will learn and move through 5 basic techniques of Prana. And finally, move through a Vinyasa flow, honoring ‘rememberance’, and ending in meditation.

Sunday, October 15 at 4 PM – 7 PM, $30 
Doors open at 3:30pm and will close at 4:00 to honor the energy cultivated in the space.
