Mandy has been practicing yoga since middle school, when chronic illness kept her indoors and unable to participate in sports or other exercise. She began sharing her practice with others in 2008, teaching small classes and one-on-one in conjunction with life coaching and meditation. She earned her RYT 200 certification from Harmony Yoga in 2015.
Her passion lies in using the principals of yoga to unlock healing for both body and spirit. She works with students who, like herself, suffer from chronic illness and pain, using physician-prescribed yoga to help them find relief and peace.
She is also a long-time student of the Chakras, and finds joy in leading Chakra-based meditation. Outside of her yoga practice, she engages with her spiritual gifts through energy readings and guidance divination, and gets most of her non-yoga exercise from aerial dance, and trying to keep up with her fiery-haired preschooler.

Yin Yoga – Sunday, 7 pm
