Ask all your questions about the Ghosh/Bikram yoga postures in a casual, lower-heat environment! This is the 2nd workshop (no need to have attended the first one, just jump in!) in a four-part bi-monthly workshop series lead by Ara. We will briefly cover the previous postures from the “Breath” workshop and then move into stability and balance postures.
This will be a perfect place to really understand the mechanics of balancing postures which tend to be the most challenging in terms of execution. Then you will be able to fine tune the postures for your individual needs.
If this practice has eluded you before, you will find just how wonderful and therapeutic this series can be. It can transform you from the inside out!
