Valentines Thai Yoga with Anna Molgard

Bring a partner and experience a deeply relaxing practice together.

Guided by yoga therapist Anna Molgard, who is trained in Thai Yoga.

Participants will learn to offer gentle touch and assisted movement for their

partner in a supportive environment.

About Anna Molgard, E-RYT 500:

Anna trained at the Nosara Yoga Institute in Costa Rica and the Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health in Massachusetts. Anna is a certified trauma-sensitive yoga therapist and studied Restorative Yoga with Judith Hanson Lasater. Currently, she is pursuing an 800-hour Professional Yoga Therapy designation with Integrative Yoga Therapy.
Her teaching style is a blend of traditional hatha yoga and yoga therapeutics. She endeavors always to create a safe environment for her students and is skilled at offering options for students of all levels. She can be reached at anna.m.molgard@gmail.com.
