Buti unlocks a yogi’s full potential; it activates the spark that dwells deep within, waiting to be let out. It celebrates feminine energy in every person. Buti incorporates a mix of tribal dance with hip-hop flair, woven throughout upbeat songs that keep the practice going strong from start to finish. Please wear comfortable clothing that you can breathe, move and sweat in. Buti is practiced in a heated room.
