sensing meditation.  

This allows the student to access and release pent up energy residing in the nervous system due to overwhelm

and stress.  

Through this process, “pendulation” and “titration” are utilized to discharge the extra energy stored in the

body and nervous system bringing a new resiliency and ability to self-regulate.
