Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this workshop will provide you with a solid foundation to build a safe & strong arm balancing practice or refine your current practice. We’ll cover warm ups, drills, and breathing. You’ll learn the secrets to strengthen, stabilize, & release tension in certain parts of the body like your core and shoulders, which are indispensable for a solid arm balancing practice.
